About diploma requirements Once you complete the first year in your nursing course, you can apply for a caregiver visa. This will allow you to carry out healthcare assignments through ClickCare. More info on how to apply for the caregiver visa can be found here.
About the employers For nursing students, the employers are mainly residential care centres, hospitals, GP practices and home nursing services in need of temporary extra care staff.
About the assignments Assignments last up to 7 consecutive days per assignment. These are usually for clients who need to cover (acute) downtime, bridge holiday periods or support their permanent staff.
About the payment When you work with ClickCare, you know in advance what you will earn. Payment for assignments is by the hour and the employer determines this hourly rate. ClickCare creates your invoice and tracks payment.
About the costs Creating a profile and signing up for assignments is completely free. Only after completing an assignment does ClickCare deduct a service fee from the invoice amount of 7% (incl VAT).
