Once you have posted your job online, caregivers can apply for it. After this, you can see under 'open jobs' and 'applications' how many and which caregivers have applied for your job. You can select one of them based on his/her profile. Have you accepted a caregiver? Then he/she will receive a notification of this for confirmation. Once the candidate has confirmed, he/she is scheduled. If you accept one candidate, the others are automatically notified that the job has been filled. After this, you will get the caregiver’s contact details to make any further agreements.

Each job lasts from 1 to a maximum of 7 consecutive days and is always to be performed by one caregiver. A caregiver can be scheduled for job of at least 1 hour. one job = one caregiver. A job can only take place within a span of 7 days. Need a caregiver for more than 7 days ? Post a subsequent job for free. With the + symbol at date, you can add an extra day as well as choose the hours of that day. BREAK: The 'break' field is optional and can be filled in if an UNPAID break is provided. Both the care seeker and the caregiver can “dispute“ a job. This allows you to adjust the hours the caregiver has worked via the “dispute” button with the job. Do this within 48 hours of completing the job. If you do not do this within 48 hours of the end of the job, these hours are automatically considered “to be invoiced”. The caregiver is notified that the hours were disputed and can respond with “agree” or “disagree”. If the caregiver does NOT respond within 72 hours of the dispute, the disputed hours will be considered “to be invoiced”. If the caregiver responds with agreement, the disputed hours are the hours to be invoiced. If the caregiver responds with “disagree”, contact info@clickcare to work out the disagreement together.
Pending: a status is 'pending' if you have confirmed a candidate and he/she has not yet responded to the confirmation. You can still reject this candidate if he/she does not confirm in time or you want to choose a different candidate. Scheduled: a job is scheduled when you have accepted a caregiver for a job. The order has not yet been performed, but is scheduled. Performed: The job has been performed but not yet invoiced. There may still be a dispute. With ClickCare, as a care seeker, you decide how much you pay per hour for a caregiver. If you set an amount lower than the average hourly rate for independent caregivers, you are less likely to get a Click. If the need is high and you set a higher rate, the chances of a Click are higher. You pay per initiated half hour. The caregivers working through ClickCare are all self-employed with their own insurance, social security, transport costs, equipment if needed, etc. The fee you pay to the caregiver includes all these costs.
These are target rates and may vary (greatly) depending on the assignment, need, week or weekend, etc. This is entirely up to you. Healthcare professional: 45 euros per hour night: 55 euros per hour weekend: 60 euros per hour. Nurse: 55 euros per hour night: 65 euros per hour weekend: 70 euros per hour.
You only pay ClickCare if a job was effectively performed. Signing up and posting jobs is completely FREE. Did you have a Click and has a job been performed? Then as a care seeker you pay 12% (Excl.
