Who are the clients?
Our clients are mainly residential care centers (nursing homes), hospitals, general practitioner practices, home nursing practices, and pharmacies in need of temporary extra healthcare staff.
How long does an assignment last?
Assignments can vary from short-term replacements to longer periods, depending on the needs of the healthcare institution.
How do invoicing and payment work?
ClickCare generates the invoice from the healthcare professional to the client. As soon as ClickCare receives the payment, you are paid out immediately!
What are the hourly rates and costs?
Creating a profile and applying for assignments is completely free. A budget is determined by the client for each assignment. You will always see this budget in advance and decide for yourself whether to accept the assignment.De budgetten zijn marktconform en transparant. Voor opdrachten in de nacht of het weekend wordt doorgaans een hoger budget voorzien, waardoor we niet werken met aparte toeslagen. Enkel wanneer je effectief een opdracht uitvoert, betaal je een servicekost van 7% (incl. btw) aan ClickCare. Deze wordt automatisch verrekend.
